Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection: Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
Onboarding & Documentation: Managing new hire formalities, document verification, and orientation.
Payroll & Attendance: Processing monthly attendance, leaves, and supporting payroll preparation.
Compliance & HR Ops: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employee file management, and handling grievances.
Performance Management: Coordinating performance appraisals and exit formalities.
Employee Engagement: Conducting engagement activities to improve retention and maintain a positive work environment.
Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of statutory compliance.
