Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manages the full hiring cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and conducts employee induction/onboarding.
HR Operations & Administration: Maintains employee records (databases, HRMS), handles documentation, and coordinates payroll and benefits.
Policy & Compliance: Develops and enforces company policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Performance & Talent Management: Assists with performance appraisal processes and supports employee development initiatives.
Employee Relations: Handles employee grievances, fosters a positive work environment, and manages offboarding/exit interviews.
