Key Responsibilities
· Partnering with Superior/managers to determine staffing needs
· Screening job applications resumes through different recruitment portals (naukari.com, indeed, LinkedIn, social media platform, head – Hunting etc.)
· Create and publish job ads in various internal & external portals
· Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
· Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
· Conducting initial phone screening
· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
· Coordinating/Scheduling interviews with the hiring managers
· Following up on the interview process status
· Performing reference and background checks
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
· Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire. Ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.
· Processing joining formalities for new candidates
· Monitoring retention and turnover rates of new hires
· Maintaining & updating HRMS/MIS on a regular basis
· Maintaining employee Personal Fillings
· Coordinating with internal team to ensure smooth employee relationship
Desired Candidate Profile
· Ability to close positions withing the TAT
· Bachelor’s degree in HR/MHRD/MAHRM/MBA with HR
· Proven Min. 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
· Hands-on experience with the largest job sites
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook
· Familiarity with recruitment Portal
· Efficient in technology
· Proficiency in MS. Office
· People-oriented and results-driven
· Ability to influence
· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
· Open to learn and fun loving personality will be a plus
