Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for banking and insurance sector clients
Understand client manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and field recruitment
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates
Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and deployment
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain HR documentation
Track candidate attendance, attrition, and replacement requirements
Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring data
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
