HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance, and leave management with accuracy.
• Support HR operations such as confirmations, exits, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with employees to address HR-related queries and ensure smooth HR communication.
• Assist in HR policy implementation, engagement initiatives, and basic statutory compliance support.
