We are looking for an HR & Payroll Executive to join our team at Sensebyte Upskill & IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to manage the full-cycle HR and payroll operations for the organization. The tasks include handling GST and TDS filing, managing payroll processing, maintaining attendance records, and supporting talent acquisition and HRMS updates. You will also be responsible for coordinating employee records, managing compliance-related documentation, and assisting in day-to-day HR functions. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month and excellent growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions and maintain employee records.
Process monthly payroll, ensure PF and TDS compliance, and file GST and TDS returns accurately.
Track attendance and leave records and ensure proper documentation.
Advertise job openings, screen candidates, and assist in the recruitment process.
Update HRMS and assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate with finance and statutory authorities to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with department heads to identify future hiring and HR process needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field with 1–2 years of work experience in payroll, compliance (GST, TDS), and HR operations. Strong knowledge of payroll software, HRMS systems, and labor laws is essential. The candidate must have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week.
