HR Executive

1. Recruitment & Selection  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.  Lead bulk hiring initiatives to fulfill staffing needs across departments.  Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements. 2. HR Compliance  Handle PF & ESIC responsibilities including maintaining leave records, employee onboarding/offboarding records, and generating monthly challans.  Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies. 3. Employee Relations  Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.  Address grievances professionally and timely.  Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement. 4. HR Administration  Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.  Assist in creating and updating HR policies.  Collaborate with other departments to support seamless HR operations. 5. Performance Management  Support the performance appraisal process including evaluations and feedback sessions.  Help managers in handling performance issues and development planning. 6. Training & Development  Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.  Assess the effectiveness of training and recommend improvements.
