Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The role involves ensuring smooth HR functions, compliance with policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  2. Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave management.

  3. Plan and organize employee engagement activities.

  4. Address employee grievances and resolve issues effectively.

  5. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  7. Conduct training programs to develop employees’ skills.

  8. Assist in the performance appraisal process.

  9. Support in creating and implementing HR policies.

  10. Provide administrative support to senior HR staff.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.

  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar field.

  • Prior experience in recruitment, employee relations, or training is a plus.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRMS software.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Traits:

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

  • Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Reporting Line:

Reports directly to the HR Manager.

Work Hours and Benefits:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
