Location: Jaipur, India | Experience: 1-2 years

Role:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

- Manage employee queries, leave, attendance & HR records

- Support payroll, PF, ESIC & labor law compliance

- Maintain HRMS, prepare HR reports & documentation

- Assist with employee engagement and policy implementation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business

- 1-2 years HR experience

- Good communication + Excel + HRMS knowledge

- Knowledge of Indian labor laws
