Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

Hiring: Create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and hire. Recruiting new marketers and channel partners to expand the team and assist them in understanding our ventures, ultimately working together to achieve sales goals.

Follow-up with Recruits: support and retain new employees during onboarding.

Training and Development: Organize skill-building sessions and provide guidance.

Monitoring Workflow : Track tasks, ensure productivity, and address delays of the candidates. Manage Payroll Activities.

Manage Payroll Activities of the Candidates.

Maintaining accurate records of the whole process in Google Sheets and Sharing daily reports to the management team.

Please note, that these responsibilities may evolve as needed to suit business requirements.

Eligibility: Graduate and above

Experience : Mininum 6 Months to 24 months

Compensation & Incentive Structure:

SALARY :18000/- and attractive incentives

 Benefits and Facilities:

We recommend having your own laptop for the flexibility to work from anywhere. 

Training: You will undergo a 7-days training program. The detailed training schedule is shared in the attached file.

The company will provide materials such as brochures, project catalogs, and other resources to assist with customer presentations.

The company will provide leads on a daily basis to do the Hiring process.

You will receive an ID card. Please submit a passport-sized photo, PAN card, and Aadhar card hard copies for the issuance of your ID card.

Lunch will be provided in the office.

Office Timings & Holidays:

Office hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM.

You will receive one weekly paid day off (rotational).

Annual leave includes 8 holidays in addition to national holidays.

Monthly One Casual Leave will be Provided.

Remaining Extra Leaves will be considered under Loss of pay (LOP).

 Please note that work targets and responsibilities may change based on business needs. We also expect all team members to maintain professionalism and dignity on the office floor.
