Source and recruit machine operators, helpers, QC staff, technicians, and other blue-collar employees.
Liaise with contractors, job agencies, and placement officers to maintain manpower pipeline.
Conduct interviews, coordinate trade tests (if any), and issue offer letters.
Ensure documentation, ID card generation, biometric registration, and induction of new joiners.
Monitor daily biometric attendance of workers and escalate anomalies.
Maintain leave, overtime, and shift records for blue-collar staff.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll for salary processing and advance deductions.
Address day-to-day grievances of factory employees in coordination with the Production Supervisor.
Maintain a healthy and disciplined work environment on shop floor.
Conduct periodic open forums or feedback sessions for workers.
Maintain statutory registers (ESIC, PF, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
Handle contract labor documentation as per Factory Act compliance.
Support during labor inspections, audits, and monthly return filings.
Maintain employee files, HRMS entries, and database records.
Support in training coordination, employee engagement events, and internal communications.
Prepare MIS reports: joining tracker, attrition report, contractor attendance, etc.
