We are looking for a responsible and organised HR Executive to handle recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation and staff discipline at Royal Touch Interiors Pvt. Ltd., a furnishing & interiors company based in Delhi.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting JDs, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain daily attendance of installers, helpers & sales executives
• Track late marks, short hours, leaves & discipline
• Maintain employee files (physical + digital)
• Prepare HR trackers and weekly/monthly HR reports
• Coordinate training sessions for field staff
• Support performance reviews with owner
• Handle exit formalities, letters & documentation
