HR Recruiter
Location: Surat (Vesu)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Hire 4–6 quality candidates every month across different departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Hai, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess experience, communication skills, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect timely feedback.
Prepare interview questions, practical assessments, and screening forms for different roles.
Create and manage candidate pipelines using spreadsheets or recruitment software.
Negotiate salaries and ensure offers are aligned with company budgets.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
Maintain recruitment reports and achieve monthly hiring targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Hai, etc.
Strong resume screening and interviewing skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, MS Excel, and ATS/Recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously.
Target-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
