Job Title: HR Executive

Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and HR coordination while ensuring smooth workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and shift tracking

• Handle joining formalities, documentation, and exit procedures

• Coordinate with operations and management for manpower requirements

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, shifts, and payroll coordination

• Monitor discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies

• Assist in employee engagement activities and performance tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly HR reports

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or Recruiter (BPO/Call Center experience preferred)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

• Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools

Mandatory

• Night shift availability is compulsory
