Job Description

Delhi Rocks is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive with around 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.

• Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and leave records.

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.

• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention activities.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, employee performance, and other HR activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Ability to handle multiple HR activities and work independently.

• Knowledge of HR policies and basic labour laws will be an added advantage.
