Location: Surajpur, Ecotech III
Experience: Fresher to 5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team at Surajpur (Ecotech III). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Coordinate daily HR operations and support management

• Assist in attendance management, payroll inputs, and overtime records

• Manage employee queries and grievances

• Support in implementing HR policies and procedures

• Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees

• Assist with compliance-related activities

• Organize employee engagement programs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate (MBA in HR preferred, but not mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of HR functions

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Fresher candidates with good communication skills are also welcome

Working Hours:

• 6 Days a Week

• Includes 4 hours overtime (compensated as part of the salary structure)
