We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Prepare offer letters and appointment documentation.
Employee Management
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
HR Operations
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR documentation and reports.
Assist in payroll coordination and employee data management.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Administration & Compliance
Maintain statutory and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate with management for HR initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain records and handle confidential information.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
