Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Admin to join our team at Site B, Surajpur. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth handling of payroll, statutory compliances, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll.

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Statutory Compliances:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

  • Handle documentation and filing for government audits.

  • Maintain records related to employee benefits and insurance.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with departments.

  • Manage onboarding documentation and induction process.

• HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and files.

  • Support day-to-day HR activities and admin tasks.

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Key Skills Required:

• Payroll Processing

• Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, etc.)

• Recruitment & Hiring

• Attendance & Leave Management

• Documentation & Record-Keeping

• Strong Communication Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and HR software
