must do screening , sourcing , and end to end hiring, we are looking for energectic and result driven hr executive. for bulk hiring, to handle bulk hirng for voice process, sales, source candidates through job portals, referrals , walk-ins social media, and consultants. conduct initial screening , and HR interviews, co-ordinate with operations teams to understand hiring requirments, schedule interviews and manage joining , doucmentation , and onboarding , maintain recruitment mis and daily hiring reports, ensure target based closures within defined TAT. manage candidate follow ups and reduce drop outs, support employer bracnding activities and recruitment drives
