You will also be responsible for updating job advertisements and performing background checks for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate assessments.
Advertise job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate with department managers to identify future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Knowledge of resume databases and recruitment platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.
Ability to make sound judgments during the hiring process.
Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week.
