HR Executive

Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

 Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

 Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media,

referrals, and internal databases.

 Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews (telephonic/video/in-

person).

 Coordinate interviews with department managers and follow up on interview

status.

 Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker.

 Generate offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.

 Maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

 Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).

 Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

 Basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., MS Excel, ATS systems) is a plus.
