Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, attendance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities of HR Executive:
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Monitor and manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, leaves, and payroll.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of HR processes.
Support in policy communication, and implementation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR role (executive or similar)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zimyo, Zoho People, etc.)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
