We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Source and screen candidates: Utilize databases, job boards, and other sources to find qualified candidates; conduct initial screenings and interviews.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and identify key qualifications.
4. Conduct interviews and assessments: Participate in interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
5. Manage the recruitment process: Coordinate interviews, extend job offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
6. Maintain recruitment metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
7. Ensure compliance: Familiarize yourself with relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: 0-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
