Job Purpose:
The HR Execuitve is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates. Additionally, this role involves overseeing support staff uniform tracking and conducting induction training sessions to ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management:
ü Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
ü Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
ü Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
ü Conduct interviews and assess applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
ü Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
ü Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Support Staff Uniform Tracking:
ü Manage the inventory of support staff uniforms, ensuring adequate stock levels.
ü Coordinate the distribution and collection of uniforms to and from support staff.
ü Maintain detailed records of uniform assignments and returns.
ü Collaborate with suppliers to order new uniforms as needed.
Induction Training:
ü Develop and conduct comprehensive induction training programs for new employees.
ü Ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and culture.
ü Facilitate introductions to key team members and departments.
ü Gather feedback from new employees to continuously improve the induction process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing uniform inventories.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a Filed environment with standard working hours.
Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or training sessions.
The role may require lifting and moving uniform inventory items.
