Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers for staffing needs
• Manage job portals, LinkedIn & other sourcing platforms
• Conduct background checks & maintain dashboards
• Handle onboarding, documentation & employee records
• Manage HR Payroll – salary processing, statutory compliance, and related queries
• Payroll inputs, leave & attendance tracking
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS – reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment, and other HR metrics
• Support performance reviews, HR policies & engagement activities
