We are looking for a HR Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, documentation, employee engagement, and HR administration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing/factory environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
