Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, calls and social media

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment MIS

• Follow up with candidates till joining

• Support end-to-end recruitment for various job roles (blue-collar / entry / mid-level as per client requirement)

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Comfortable with calling and talking to new people

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails, job portals)

• Target-oriented and willing to learnImportant Note:
