Urgent Opening – Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Executive
📍 Location: Por GIDC, Vadodara

Prerana Placement Services, Vadodara has an urgent requirement for a reputed manufacturing company at Por GIDC.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end recruitment coordination
✅ Employee records & HR documentation
✅ Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
✅ Joining formalities and employee onboarding
✅ HR operations and compliance support
✅ Employee engagement activities

Qualification & Experience:

🎓 BBA / MBA (HR) or Diploma / Certification in HR Management
💼 3 to 5 Years of experience in Manufacturing Companies Only
🏭 Factory HR / Shop-floor HR experience preferred
🎂 Age: Not more than 50 years

Candidate Location Preference:

📍 Candidates residing near:
• New Sama Road
• Sardar Estate
• Nearby areas of Vadodara

🚍 Company Transport Facility Available
Pickup Point: Sardar Estate (7:30 AM)
