Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll for technical and field workforce associated with infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct recruitment drives for skilled and unskilled labor.
• Maintain employee records and attendance.
• Implement labor law compliance and safety training programs.
• Handle employee grievances and coordination with unions if applicable.
• Liaise with vendors and payroll service providers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR for technical projects or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
