Job Summary:

Plus Distribution Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Maintain and update employee records and personal files

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, LWF, and PT

• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities

• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

• Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation

• Support performance management and appraisal processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations

• Knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESIC, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in payroll and compliance

• Ability to handle multiple locations/employees

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
