Job description:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
Lead and manage the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
Manage HR projects such as organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Ensure HR compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior HR staff members.

Requirements:
Male Candidates Only
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar senior HR role, with at least [number] years of experience.
Excellent Computer Knowledge.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
Certification such as SHRM-CP or SPHR is a plus.
