We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR professional with 1 to 5 years of experience to manage employee relations and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Employee Management, PF administration, and possess strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
Manage and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle PF (Provident Fund) administration and related statutory compliances.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct HR-related trainings, workshops, and team-building activities.
Prepare HR reports and assist management in HR decision-making.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for smooth HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR functions and employee management.
Strong knowledge of PF, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
