Job Title: HR Executive

📍 Location: Kundli (Sonipat)
🧑‍💼 Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)
💰 Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
📅 Experience Required: 3–4 years

We are a manufacturing company involved in production and quality check operations, seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment and daily HR functions. The ideal candidate should be familiar with hiring in a factory or plant setup and have strong coordination skills.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for roles such as:
  👉 Production staff
  👉 Quality checkers
  👉 Dispatch & logistics staff
  👉 Supervisors (floor/shift)
  👉 Inventory/store team
  👉 Sales support & backend team
  👉 Data entry operators

• Maintain employee files and daily attendance records

• Track leaves, late marks, and punctuality

• Conduct onboarding and handle exit formalities

• Support payroll processing through coordination with accounts

• Maintain HR documents and compliance records

• Assist in resolving employee issues and workplace concerns

• Coordinate closely with the production and dispatch teams

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream); HR degree not mandatory

• 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/trading/warehouse setup

• Strong recruitment skills for both floor-level and office roles

• Proficient in Google Sheets and basic Excel

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
