🔹 What You’ll Do:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding)

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Keep candidate data and recruitment trackers updated

Meet monthly recruitment targets

Communicate with candidates and internal teams

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Graduate in any stream (HR/Business preferred)

0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome!)

Good communication skills in English, Hindi + one regional language

Own a laptop & internet connection

Target-driven, organized, and good with follow-ups

💰 Salary & Incentives:
💸 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on performance)

🎯 Monthly target = 2x of salary

💥 Incentives: ₹250 / ₹500 / ₹1000 based on performance

💼 3-month probation (can extend up to 5 months)

📌 Note: Minimum 50% of target must be achieved to retain full salary. Consistent performance = confirmation and fixed salary.
