Screening & Shortlisting: Resumes ko filter karna aur initial phone calls (vibe-check/screening) ke zariye candidate ki communication aur skills check karna.
Interview Coordination: Candidates aur hiring managers ke beech interview schedule karwana.
Hiring Focus: Mukhyaroop se Sales Executives, Field Sales, Tech, ya Volume Hiring pipeline ko maintain rakhna.
Database Management: ATS (Applicant Tracking System) aur trackers par candidates ka data update rakhna.
Offer & Onboarding: Selected candidates ke document verification, salary negotiation, aur offer roll-out me help karna.
