Requirements:

1. Experience: 0-7 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field or any field.

2. Licensing: Possess a valid driving license (or eligible to obtain one).

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals and close transactions.

5. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

6. Technology: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
