Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate onboarding processes to integrate new employees into the company smoothly

Employee Relations & Grievances: Act as a point of contact for employees, handling inquiries, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and regulations.
Performance & Payroll Support: Support performance appraisal processes, compensation packages, and payroll administration.
Employee Engagement: Plan and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
