We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin SPOC to manage day-to-day workforce planning, employee coordination, attendance management, vendor coordination, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between Operations, Employees, Vendors, and the Admin team to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage monthly stationery requirements and inventory.
• Monitor workplace hygiene and ensure compliance with facility standards.
• Coordinate with the Facility Team for vendor identification, sourcing, and onboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact between vendors and the Admin team.
• Track vendor performance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Support general administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of attendance management, roster planning, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with PF and statutory compliance-related employee queries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
