HR Executive

Attendance & Leave Management:

• Maintain and regularly update attendance records.

• Monitor employee check-in/check-out logs and biometric systems.

• Calculate and track leave balances (CL, SL, EL) as per company policy.

• Process and reconcile monthly attendance reports for payroll input.

2. Statutory Compliance (EPF & ESIC):

• Handle employee registrations and exits in EPF and ESIC portals.

• Ensure timely monthly filing of EPF and ESIC contributions.

• Address employee queries regarding UAN, PF transfers, and ESIC benefits.

• Maintain compliance records and support audits.

3. Payroll Support:

• Collaborate with finance or payroll teams to provide accurate attendance, leave, and compliance data.

• Assist in the monthly salary processing cycle by verifying inputs.

4. Recruitment Support:

• Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Conduct initial HR screening and documentation verification.

5. Employee Records & HR Operations:

• Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRMS or manual systems.

• Prepare HR letters (offer letters, relieving, experience, etc.).

• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
