Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and employee documentation.
Help in payroll data collection and HR operations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in HR.
Preferred:
Internship experience in an FMCG company.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and HR documentation.
Familiarity with attendance management and employee lifecycle processes
