About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Intern Responsibilities:

v Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

v Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.

v Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

v Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

v Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.

v Assisting in the planning of company events.

v Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

v Coordinating new hire orientations.

v Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

HR Intern Requirements:

v Fresher

v Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.

v Proven experience working in an office environment.

v Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

v The ability to work as part of a team.

v Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

v Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

v Effective communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

v Fresher / Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR or relevant field preferred).

v Good communication and interpersonal skills.

v Basic knowledge of HR concepts will be an added advantage.

v Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
