Talent Acquisition:

Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement:
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Share interview feedback and negotiate offers.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
Coordination and Communication:
Maintain close coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Share weekly/monthly hiring reports.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in joining formalities.
Coordinate for ID cards, system access, and induction schedules.
🗂 Data Management Responsibilities
Recruitment Tracker Maintenance:
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards.
Track the status of all open positions and candidate stages.
Candidate Database Management:
Organize and store candidate profiles with detailed remarks.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policy.
Hiring Reports:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly hiring status reports.
Analyze source-wise and role-wise hiring performance.
Employee Master Data:
Keep updated records of employee personal and professional details.
Maintain joining, exit, and attendance records in coordination with HR Ops.
Document Management:
Collect, verify, and organize documents like resumes, ID proofs, offer letters, educational document, current employer documents etc.
Ensure all HR files are complete and compliant with audit standards.
