End-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, follow-ups)
Employee onboarding & HR documentation
Maintain attendance, leave & employee records
Support HR policies & procedures implementation
Coordinate with management & staff
Handle employee queries & basic HR operations
Assist in employee engagement activities
Prepare basic HR reports
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or related field
Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR processes
MS Excel / Google Sheets basic knowledge
Good people-handling & coordination skills
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Recruitment or HR internship experience
Knowledge of social media hiring
Startup or fast-paced work experience
