The HR Executive at Odisha Talks will be responsible for managing core human resource functions, supporting talent acquisition, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a smooth and positive work culture. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a people-first mindset.
Identify staffing needs and coordinate end-to-end recruitment.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
Ensure smooth induction for new team members.
Maintain employee databases, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Support initiatives to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Plan team-building activities, events, and engagement programs.
Address day-to-day employee queries and concerns.
Assist in the implementation of appraisal processes.
Maintain performance records and support managers in evaluations.
Ensure HR practices comply with company guidelines.
Update HR policies when needed and communicate changes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment platforms.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
