The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 - 20000 and growth opportunities.
Job Description
1. Attend pre-bid meetings, and technical clarifications when required.
2. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for technical and non-technical roles.
3. Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records).
4. Process employee payroll, benefits, and expense reimbursements in coordination with finance.
5. Organize employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
6. Support HR-related documentation for government or audit purposes.
7. Searching for key personnel CVs to support tender bidding process.
