Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
· Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely hiring to meet production and operational needs.
· Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
· Ensure timely documentation, joining formalities, and ID creation.
· Organize employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.
· Coordinate appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
· Track probation confirmations, contract renewals, and promotions.
· Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
· Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
· Maintain harmonious workplace relationships between management and staff.
· Support disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.
· Plan training sessions (safety, GMP, cleanroom practices, HR policies, etc.).
· Collaborate with department heads to enhance employee skills relevant to medical device manufacturing.
Required Qualifications & Skills;
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Industrial Relations or related field.
· MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred).
· Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
· Experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Experience with HRMS / ERP systems.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
