Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Female) to join our recruitment team. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate coordination, and HR operations.

This opportunity is ideal for Graduate or MBA (HR) students who want to gain real-time industry experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and social media

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Maintain candidate databases and records

• Post job openings on various platforms

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates

• Support in onboarding and documentation processes

• Assist senior HR team in daily recruitment activities

Skills Required

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes

• MS Office proficiency

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
