Responsibilities
• Industry Relations:
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential employers and industry professionals to identify placement opportunities for our graduates.
• Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with these companies to discuss job openings and hiring requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and employer expectations, collaborating with the curriculum department to tailor training programs accordingly.
• Job Placement:
• Assess the skills and qualifications of our students to match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Organize and oversee the placement process, including resume building, interview preparation, and mock interviews.
• Introduce and recommend students for available job vacancies, internships, and apprenticeships.
• Provide necessary documentation and support to ensure smooth onboarding and transitioning of selected candidates into the workforce.
• Networking and Outreach:
• Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to promote Frankfinn and actively engage with potential employers.
• Identify new avenues for job placements and maintain a database of prospective employers.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the institute's visibility and brand recognition among employers.
• Student Support and Guidance:
• Offer personalized career counseling and guidance to students to understand their interests, career goals, and job preferences.
• Arrange and conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as job search strategies, interview etiquette, and professional networking.
• Assist students in identifying skill gaps or additional training needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of student profiles, employers, job openings, and placement outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports on the placement activities, including success rates, industry analysis, and feedback from employers and students.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the placement process.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Prior experience in recruitment, placement coordination, or career counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with employers, students, and industry professionals.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the aviation, hospitality, and travel industries is a plus.
• Understanding of job market dynamics, industry expectations, and emerging trends.
