Experience: 2 years in HR Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing through job portals, references, and social media
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Candidate calling and interview scheduling
Regular follow-up with candidates
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
Coordinating with management for interview and selection
Handling joining formalities and basic HR documentation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR tools
Required Profile: Candidate should have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR recruitment and should be capable of independently sourcing, screening, and managing candidates.
