Namaste India Trip is a growing travel company focused on delivering curated and seamless travel experiences across India. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive who can strengthen our workforce foundation and build structured HR systems to support our growth.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at our Rajendra Place office. This role requires someone who can build strong HR processes, manage employee lifecycle activities, and collaborate closely with the Founder to align people strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & SOP Development
Develop, implement, and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Establish structured HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company guidelines.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and the Founder.
Develop strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Maintain a candidate tracking system and recruitment database.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage complete onboarding process (documentation, induction, policy briefing).
Ensure smooth employee integration into teams.
Conduct exit interviews and manage structured offboarding processes.
Analyze attrition data and suggest improvement measures.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Design initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Address employee concerns and promote a healthy workplace culture.
Monitor performance feedback systems in coordination with management.
5. Attendance & Workforce Management
Maintain attendance records and track absenteeism.
Provide regular absentee reports to management.
Implement strategies to reduce unplanned leaves and improve discipline.
6. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the Founder on HR strategy and workforce planning.
Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition rate, hiring metrics, attendance trends).
Support business expansion plans through effective manpower planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in startup or travel industry is a plus.
